The question isn't whether it works, it's how fast we can build.</p>
<h2>What we're looking for</h2>
<ul>
<li>You already build with Claude Code (or similar agentic coding tools) professionally.</li>
<li>You've got your own Claude Code setup sorted (harnesses, loops, your own MCP servers, etc) and can walk me through it.</li>
<li>You'd sooner put something imperfect in front of a customer today than something perfect next week.</li>
<li>You don't want hand-holding and would find it irritating. Point you at the problem and leave you to it.</li>
<li>You communicate clearly, so customers trust you and the team knows where things stand.</li>
</ul>
<p>If you're after a place to learn AI engineering, this isn't it; we want people who are already there.</p>
<h2>Location</h2>
<p>This role is remote, but with a heavy emphasis on communication and close collaboration, both within engineering and with the wider Dublin team. We do in-person meetups every 4 to 6 weeks for the whole company.</p>

<h3>About the Role</h3>
<div>As a Founding Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close.</div>
<div>You’ll work directly with founders and leadership to help scale revenue, shape our GTM motion, and win high value enterprise customers.</div>
<div>This is a critical early hire. We’re looking for someone highly driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in a fast moving startup environment where expectations are high and momentum matters.</div>
<div>As the company scales, this role has significant upside both financially and in long term career growth.&nbsp;</div>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<div>Run full cycle sales from outbound prospecting through to close<br>Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities<br>Engage senior decision makers across enterprise businesses<br>Drive demos, commercial discussions, and negotiations<br>Work closely with founders on sales strategy and GTM execution<br>Help refine messaging, positioning, and the overall sales playbook<br>Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM<br>Stay close to customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity</div>
